Tyler Perry’s latest venture with Bishop T.D. Jakes is nothing short of amazing.
The actor, director and entrepreneur announced that he plans to open an entertainment district next to his Tyler Perry Studios that will include restaurants, retail stores, and a movie theater with the dual purchase of about 130-acres.
Perry is set to receive 37 acres, while T.D. Jakes Real Estate Ventures group will get 94 acres to develop underserved areas with affordable housing for families.
Perry said he is, “grateful for the opportunity this gives Tyler Perry Studios to extend our footprint in Atlanta.” (Source: 11 Alive – Atlanta)
