I feel like everyone can be a leader at the things they are good at.
As for me? I’m a leader in my field. Basically because I do it without a staff. I still answer to my boss but I’m called on to work in other areas of our company so… still a leader.
Then I’m the oldest sibling in our family and now that our parents are both gone, I’m also the matriarch. Last year however, I took a step back and let my siblings help and pour into me during a very difficult time.
That was hard to do but I’m so glad I did.
So I suppose the question could be where are you most considered a leader? And, when do you feel comfortable following?
